MBSR Course Registration

Registration is required for the 8-week courses and for most of the other programs. Class size is limited for many of the programs. To reserve your space, COMPLETE the registration form below and include the amount being paid to the Mindfulness Center. Click the SELECT PAYMENT AMOUNT button, and we will receive an email about your registration. Then either mail your check to us for the deposit or registration fee (make checks payable to the Mindfulness Center and mail your fee to the address below) OR pay by credit card using the link on the page that appears after you register. You can pay with your credit card without using Paypal - see instructions on the Payment page. As soon as we receive your course deposit or payment, we will reserve your space in the course of your choice and send you a confirmation email or letter.
